Hi, I’m Ben. I’m a senior news reporter, afternoon anchor and producer at Public Radio Tulsa.
I graduated from Hofstra University with a bachelor’s in radio production and from the CUNY Graduate School of Journalism with a master’s in journalism. I’m originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
I’ve covered stories about public transit, infrastructure, science & technology, education and social activism. Among several sets of ethics guidelines, I strive to follow the rules of “MacNeil/Lehrer Journalism.”
In addition to my station responsibilities, I’m also a board member of the Oklahoma SPJ Pro Chapter.
